Who we are
Learn Lithuanian App (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a mobile application that teaches Lithuanian language. You can contact us at kotlisoftmb@gmail.com.

Personal data we collect

  • Account information: email address and password (for creating and logging into your account).

We do not collect analytics, location, address book, photos, advertising identifiers, or payment information at this time.

How we use your information

We use your email and password to:

  • Create and manage your account,

  • Authenticate you when you sign in,

  • Communicate about your account and important service notices,

  • Detect, prevent, and respond to fraud or abuse,

  • Comply with legal obligations.

  • Passwords are stored in hashed form (not plain text) using industry-standard methods.

  • Data is encrypted in transit.
    No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

Data retention

We keep your account information for as long as you have an account. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will delete or anonymize your personal data within {X days, e.g., 30 days}, unless we need to keep some information to meet legal obligations.

Your rights

Our app is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided personal data, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to remove it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the app and update the “Last updated” date. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice.

When you visit the Kotlisoft, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the installed cookies on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information.” Moreover, we might collect the personal data you provide to us (including but not limited to Name, Surname, Address, payment information, etc.) during registration to be able to fulfill the agreement.

Why do we process your data?

Our top priority is customer data security, and, as such, we may process only minimal user data, only as much as it is absolutely necessary to maintain the website. Information collected automatically is used only to identify potential cases of abuse and establish statistical information regarding website usage. This statistical information is not otherwise aggregated in such a way that it would identify any particular user of the system.
